The guarantee
Every paid Rodspan plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you decide it is not for you within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
How to request one
Email support@rodspan.app from the email on your account (or name it in the message) and say you want a refund. Refunds are processed manually, typically within a few business days — Rodspan is built by one person — and are issued through Paddle, the merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
What this covers
Payments made to Rodspan LLC through Paddle. API usage billed by your model provider is separate: that relationship is directly between you and the provider, and Rodspan cannot refund it.
